  • Computational investigation of dynamics of knotted polymers using coarse grained molecular dynamics simulations in LAMMPS and Python.
  • Generated contact maps, quiver plots and covariance matrix in simulation data of prime knots and analyzed emergent behavior and charecterstic patterns.
  • Developed a set of algorithms to successfully quantify these characteristic patterns by creating a postprocessing repository of Python and C++ codes.
